Future Leaders: this is within the student when he was in SS 2 – SS 3 in Ijebu-Ode Moslem Comprehensive College in 1993 – 1994 which made me become first student to represent the image of the school in the centre page of the school first magazine.
Yearly Community Youth Social Fiesta in Shogunle Community Lagos State while awaiting admission to higher school of learning. This went on for three consecutive years 1996 – 1998.
Youths Social Consciousness (YSC): This later became a registered club in Osun State Polytechnic Iree during his OND programme in 1998 – 1999. This was set up to educate and enlighten the social aspect of youths on campus.
Future Leaders Fosters: He designed this programme during his IT year to re-orientate the youth’s in secondary school toward determination to serve the Nation with their skills. He got recommendations from various principal as well done notes. This initiative was carried out in two states: Osun State and Lagos State in different local government in year 2000 and 2001.
Youths Foster and Poverty Eradication seminar: This is target to the undergraduate, graduate, educated and uneducated youths. He started the initiative in year 2002 when he gain admission for HND programme and is to alleviate unemployment barrier in our communities.
In year 2004, he organised 2days Community Youth Development Programme in Ladipo/Shogunle Communities in Lagos State which he successfully implemented with award winning ceremony to encourage various youths of good exemplary conduct academically, socially and economically.
This programme is to prove the efficacy of the proposed Lagos State Youth Orientation Programme (LASYOP) he submitted to Lagos State Commissioner for Youth, Sport and Social Development, Barrister Opeyemi Bamidele in year 2003.
Hours of Discoveries: This is an initiative meant to empower the youths for excellent and discovering the potentials to administer solution to societal problems so as to enhance oneself and the society. This holds as seminar every third week of the month in Lagos State up till date.
E.COMTraining: this is four weeks Entrepreneurship Training meant to empower the youths on how to start a small business and help the existing business to expand, the training started 2012 till date.
He initiated and presented “Youth Aglow” a TV programme in Osun State Broadcasting Television 2003.
He initiated and presented “Saturday Afternoon Jump” a radio programme on Gold FM 95.5 Ilesha, Osun State between 2003 to 2004
